Trevor Bard Celebration of Life (Brother Speech)

Heavenly Father, we invite you into this room. I pray that you will be with each person exactly where they are today. You feel their grief, pain, and grief, and we know that for many of us right now, it feels like it will never end.

We know that we are more than the sum of our successes, more than a list of things we’ve done. Our lives will never be entirely determined by our successes or what we have done, good or bad.

In my brother’s head, I challenge you all to become a better person. He is a good hand for a man. Thank you all for your loving support. Continue to pray for peace and strength as we endure our loss. I love you all so much, and I hope you know that Trevor is still watching over us.

Our desire should be to do the best we can. Imitating the life of Jesus Christ will always be perfect. This is more who we are. So, what we really like about Trevor’s life and the essence of who he was is his heart.

We mourn and celebrate at the same time a fulfilled life that is far too short. We can sometimes smile and even laugh when we think of him. But needless to say, you’ll never stop thinking about Trevor.

In his 19 years on earth, Trevor accomplished a lot, but his impact on people’s lives and the character he treated others will continue to affect those who knew them all for the rest of our lives.

On the bright side, my brother and I have become best friends over the past six months as we both become human. When I was 13 years old, Trevor introduced me to his friend Zach, who told me all about the sailing camp. It sounded really tempting: 1 as a mobile home for two years, 1 as a curator in training, and now a full-fledged curator.

The Bible says we are born in the image of God, which means we are all divine images. So each of us has intrinsic value because we are worth something. And we are committed to ensuring this happens based on what someone is willing to pay.

Honor him more than disturb me. He really didn’t care about doing the right thing. We were brothers and sisters. We had our ups and downs, but this inspired me to be a better person.

Joy is much deeper than happiness. Happiness depends on our circumstances, but joy is something we can have even in times like these. Trevor knew this, and he radiated kindness, goodness, and loyalty. Read More.
